Four Michelin-Starred Chefs Cook Stunning Nine Course Charity Meal At Manchester House
Manchester House head chef Aiden Byrne called on fellow celebrity chefs including Tom Aikens to cook alongside him at a special charity dinner
Do too many cooks spoil the broth? Certainly not, as we found out at the Manchester House fine-dining fundraiser for Hospitality Action, which saw a total of seven chefs - four with Michelin stars - serve up a stunning menu.
The event, which raised £15,800 for the charity, was £200 a ticket with £100 of that going straight to Hospitality Action.
Over the course of the evening, guests were wowed with a line up of nine stellar dishes, cooked by Aiden Byrne, Roger Hickman, Tom Sellers, Dan Smith, Lee Westcott, Tom Aikens and Vicky Enderson.
Aiden Byrne, the youngest ever recipient of a Michelin Star, said: "I'm so pleased Tom, Daniel and Michael agreed to come and work with me on this one-off occasion at Manchester House. We all know each other from the Great British Menu but this will be the first time the four of us have cooked together."
