Living Ventures Launch The Alchemist In £350m Trinity Leeds
Following the success of its sister outlets in Spinningfields and on New York Street, Manchester, Restaurant and Bar Operator Living Ventures expand their portfolio across this side of the Pennines, opening The Alchemist in £350m Trinity Leeds Scheme.
Saturday evening saw the VIP opening party, where guests including Leeds girl band Voxe and British GT racing driver Chris Holmes were invited to sample some of the Alchemist's trademark cocktails and drinks made using a variety of molecular drinks-making techniques.
The wrap around balcony provided the perfect place for guests to sit and enjoy a cocktail and a panoramic view of the city, whilst the restaurant offers a more relaxed vibe for diners.
Successful restaurant and bar operator Living Ventures, who were recently ranked 9th place in the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for, have restaurants across the UK. They have now expanded their Leeds-based presence, opening plush new cocktail bar and restaurant The Alchemist in Trinity, and The Botanist, part of the New World Pub Company, to accompany Blackhouse, located in the city centre and Italian Restaurant and Bar GUSTO in nearby Cookridge.
